After consultation with NASCAR, the following penalties have been issued concerning the May 1, 2021 Incident: The Driver of the #48 Grand American Modified will be fined for speeding in the pits, has been declared ineligible to compete in the Grand American Modified Division for 2021, and will be placed on probation for all remaining events for the 2021 racing season.
