Attention CNS Drivers! Although the track was better suited to snowmobile racing the last few weeks, the first practice sessions are just around the corner. In celebration of our 50th Anniversary, and in appreciation for everything our Drivers, their Families and their Crews do for the Track, Colorado National Speedway would like to invite you to a pre-season kick-off BBQ! Starting at 4:30pm on Saturday, March 28, 2015, CNS will open the Pit Concessions booth and serve a complimentary BBQ dinner for all Drivers, their Families, and their Crew members. Food, Soft Drinks, Cold Brews, and other treats will be provided compliments of CNS and our partners. So mark your calendars for the 28th and come hungry! We can’t wait to see you!
The 2015 season is quickly approaching. The 2015 season will be a very special season as we commemorate 50 years of racing at Colorado National Speedway.

2014 was a another fantastic year for NASCAR racing in Colorado. Out of the 11 divisions that race at CNS, 8 of the 2014 champions are 1st time winners showing the competitive nature of the racing at CNS. Mother nature was very kind to CNS in 2014 allowing a near perfect summer of warm Saturday nights at the speedway. (10-04-2014 Dacono, CO) Colorado National Speedway wrapped up it’s 2014 season with the 40th running of Challenge Cup. It was a fun night featuring trick-or-treating for the kids in the in-field with the CNS drivers, and a massive fireworks show to kick-off the start of the final feature event. (09-27-2014 Dacono, CO) The Lincoln College of Technology Championship Night was the final points race of the 2014 season at Colorado National Speedway for the Late Models, Legends, Pure Stocks, and Figure 8s. And while Chad Cowan, Kyle Clegg, Mike Steward, and Justin Mckeachie, found winner’s circle, Jeff Walbaum, Chris Eggleston, Brett Yackey, and Harry Livermore Jr. were crowned champions in their respective divisions. (09-20-2014 Dacono, CO) An absolutely gorgeous late summer evening was the setting for the Gillett Vet Championship Night at CNS. Greeley Colorado’s Bruce Yackey battled lap after lap in the Super Late Models with young Darren Robertson from Westminster thrilling the CNS fans.
